'Clear Sign' is an operation similar to 'Sign' (signing an email is
actually clear signing).  Gnupg operations say the following:
gpg --sign: make a signature
gpg --clearsign: make a clear text signature
I have replaced the description with 'Make a clear text signature'

Fixed, now all 'C_lear Sign' so as not to conflict with '_Copy'

Only used in import, but that feature is currently not available.

As for 'Key ID' and 'Key ID:', the colon is for a label with the id to
the right, while the other is for a tree view column which seems
inapproriate for a colon.

I've updated the text editor and file manager to try to synchronize the
tooltips and mnemonics.
