Hmm. The root of the problem, They mistook it as 'Panjabi' so
assigned 'pan' & 'pa'
whereas it should have been 'Punjab' 'pun', 'pu' . There is anyways
no other language with codes 'pun' or 'pu', they could have got it
right in first place.
