There already seems to be consensus here. But just as an added
confirmation that postponing the translation of this file is a good
idea, I remembered that I have bug #112975 to do some day (cleaning up
the strings in that schema file and documenting some extra options). So
translating it now may result in wasted work anyway.
Targetting 2.4.1 and 2.6 makes sense here.
