Last of the control-center string changes

I've _finally_ gotten through all of the bugs in the control-center
marked 'string'.  A good chunk have been moved to 2.5, but there are a
number of small string changes that would be nice to have for 2.4.
These are mostly safe, and are mostly puntable (with the exception of
109091.)

I talked to Christian on irc earlier today about this, and he was pretty
amenable to changes of this kind at this point.

76081 - s/picture/image/
87992 - s/Program/Application/
90932 - Add two atk relations -- A11Y bug too.
95111 - Change a yes/no dialog to a "save"/"don't save" dialog
98922 - s/(LCD)/(for LCD screens)/;s/Resolution (dots per inch):/Resolution;add 'dpi'
109091 - Add a confirmation dialog to deleting mime-types
