Patch for #87124 (gnome-applets/gkb-new)

Hello everybody,
	I have a patch for #87124 which adds keyprop.in and xmodmap files for Sun
PC/AT 101 keyboards. With the new keyprop.in there would be new translatable
strings.
The new xmodmap files changes the UI ( The add tree of the preferences
dialog for gkb applet has more key layouts).

	Would it be ok to commit this patch to the gnome-2-0 branch?

I have attached the patch to the mail. The patch doesn't have the ChangeLog
entry. Here is the ChangeLog entry
