Re: non-utf8 po files breaking the build

I just tried something like "msgconv vi.po -s -t UTF-8 -o vi.po.utf8"
and this seems to work well. Maybe we should convert all files to
*.po.utf8 before creating the merge cache.

You want to look into this Yanko?
