Just a reminder to everyone, since this problem occurs every now and
then:
Please keep all "ChangeLog" files in the UTF-8 encoding, and make sure
it is still UTF-8 after editing it. There's no way everyone can have
their name spelled properly in the ChangeLog files otherwise.
