New team for Kinyarwanda (RW)

I would like to officially declare a new translation team to 
localize Gnome to Kinyarwanda, for the benefit of all those who live in
Rwanda, Africa.

I have no web page as yet, but have registered this project with
Savannah, and will post an update as soon as I get feedback. For the
moment, our mail list will be translation-team-rw@lists.sourceforge.net.

I, murf@e-tools.com, otherwise known as Steve Murphy, currently working
for Electronic Tools Company, offer to manage the effort at the moment.
