I think that you should use a new accelerator for the locale. If you can
use a letter like the english one is perfect if this letter changes,
don't worry use the best one for the locale you are translating. We do
it this way with Spanish translations, but we have a problem with that,
we need to check all translations to use the same accelerator for the
same translations, it's a pending task for our team :-(.

I think that perhaps we could use gnome-i18n/sun-po like
gnome-i18n/extra-po

or perhaps add them as a subdir inside the sun-patches module :-?
