nautilus string freeze breakage

Appearantly the string freeze was broken with this commit:

        * nautilus-bookmarks-window.c: added a help button in the bookmark
        dialog box.  put the help callback to link the help button to
        appropiate section in the help document.  Fixes #83515.


It adds only one new message to nautilus HEAD, but the bad thing is that
translators at gnome-i18n@gnome.org weren't informed and also weren't
expecting an unannounced string change this late. I only found out by
accident now. :(
