gnome-themes needs CVS intltool

Hi,

It seems the gnome-themes package needs a newer intltool than 0.23 -
intltool from CVS produced more strings than the .po file from the
status pages.

Kenneth, is the CVS version of intltool stable enough to a new
release? That would make life easier.
