positional parameters

It may be of interest to translators that the recently released
glib-2.1.3 portably supports positional parameters (by including an
implementation of the printf() family of functions for use on platforms
with a weak system printf()). 
This means that using positional parameters in translations should not
hamper portability as long as the app doesn't use system printf() on
translated strings.
