Encouragement and Spankage [Was: boooogs (yeah, 2.0.2 bugs)]

... and a bit of extra manic handwaving from me:

   * None of these are showstoppers, but most are pretty serious and in
   * some way confirmed. If developers are going to fix anything this
   * week, they should probably fix these.

2.0.2 will most likely be the last 2.0.x release we do with everyone's
(well, mostly) undivided attention, so it's especially important that we
Kick Serious Arse on this one.

To that end, the release team will be working closely with the i18n team
to make sure that every module with further translations is released for
2.0.2. If there are other important issues that you feel the release team
should look into for this release, please email us: release-team@gnome.org

We want to get this one juuuuuust right. :-)

The following modules did not have fresh releases for 2.0.1 (those marked
with an asterisk are NOTVERYGNOME or less important to release for various
  reasons):

    at-spi
    audiofile *
    bug-buddy
    esound *
    gnome-common *
    gnome-media
    gnome-mime-data
    gtk-doc *
    gtk-engines
    intltool *
    libbonobo
    libgail-gnome
    libglade
    libgtop
    libIDL
    librep
    libzvt
    pkgconfig *
    rep-gtk
    sawfish

I've not checked for commits against gnome-2-0 on these, but it's fairly
likely that the user-visible modules require releases for translations at
  the very least.

To set the wheels in motion, I'll be posting a weekly snapshot tarball
  request mail straight away. :-)

Thanks everyone,

- Jeff
