Maybe we need to recreate the Welsh team with a new coordinator. I'd
start with pointing this volunteer at
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/join.html, make him subscribe to
this list, and thinking of becoming a team coordinator, and if yes
announcing that on this list, in that order. :-)
