Guikachu 0.9 -- string freeze

Hi,

Guikachu 0.9 is _not_ about to be released -- it will probably take
another week. But, translatable strings are (hopefully) frozen.
The big issue is that all the property labels got keyboard accelerators,
so nearly all your already translated strings will only be fuzzy matches.
