The best way to have them committed is probably to send them to the team
coordinator for the Dutch GTP team.

The http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gtp/teams.html page says Dennis
Smit <synap@area101.penguin.nl> is the coordinator for the Dutch GTP
team.

For some languages, the language team in the TP and the language team in
the GTP are basically the same teams (for example the Swedish team is
that way), but for others they are not. I don't know about the situation
for Dutch.
