Yes, it's true that developers have a final ruling whether something like
this is a bug or not, or it needs to be solved or not. Since it is decided
not to make translators' life any easier, I'd guess the best reaction is
not to translate this string at all to avoid trouble. Not the greatest
way to solve problem but... it works.
