The current structure is okay with me.  It looks to me as if gnome-libs
is somehow faulty -- wrong assumption about the location where to place
"Create New Window" and some such.

In addition, we've to make sure whether or not all english nouns and
adjectives are to be spelled with Capitalized Initial Letters :)

I admit that's a minor issue -- shall I file a bug report for GNOME 2.0?
