xml-i18n-update is replacement for update.pl/ui-extract.pl/desk.pl, so these
should be removed from everywhere. update.sh was obsolete for long time now
:) but it can be useful, if replaced with script like in nautilus -- it just
calls xml-i18n-update, and... has some advantage so that translator does not
need to run autogen.sh... not sure about this.

feel free to remove them. po/ is all ours :)
