Good idea.  This README file should in HEAD only.  Why not just call it
README?  The po/ directory is "ours" (= the translators).  Instead of
README.Translators I'd prefer README.translators, at least; but that's a
minor issue.

Interestingly enough, it was Martin who wrote it :)
