How to change the e-mail in emacs for ChangeLog?

Dear All,
	I recently found out that it is good to add a ChangeLog entry
when updating the translations. 
	I do not know much about emacs, however I found how to 
just do the add-change-log-entry thing.

	My question is:

	How do I setup .emacs so that the e-mail that appears in 
the ChangeLog is a specific one?
