xchat near stable

Hi All,

A few translators wanted me to post a message here just before xchat goes
to another stable release, so here it is. The latest ver is available at
http://xchat.org/files/source/1.5/xchat-1.5.10.tar.bz2, and some of the
.po files are rather old.
