statistics with easy pickup

I have updated my script so you now can download the .pot file
if the package is not translated at all. I also added some
more overall stats at places.

The stats is run 2 times a day from cron, but it is still
experimental. You can try it out at:

   http://www.klid.dk/gnome/status.shtml
