I can understand that.
Is there any way to have only bugzilla work in UTC and leave the server's
current time zone as it is?
Cron jobs would not need to be adjusted in that case and bugzilla would
work in UTC.
b) You'll have to do timezone conversion wherever you are, unless
you have your wall clock set to UTC.
Granted, many people are in the server's timezone. But currently
"you'll have to do timezone conversion wherever you are, unless
you have your wall clock set to EDT".
For pure bugzilla users is is not easy to find out the server's timezone.
