No, we'll have GStreamer libraries as dependencies of the Desktop release,
or even in the Desktop release. Christian's concern is getting GStreamer in
the Developer Platform release, which I think might be a bit ambitious at
this point.

There is nothing stopping us including GStreamer in the Desktop modules
list, however, should we determine that we need it.
