Cleaning up CVS (Entropy Foundation Telethon!)

Hi all,

This has to happen *NOW*, because canvas is running out of space. I'm still
working on /home and a few other sillies throughout the system, but it would
help if we cleaned out the cruft in CVS.

Thus, I'm proud to announce...

THE 2002 Entropy Foundation Telethon! HURRAH!

  Anders has already donated libgnome.copy and libgnomeui.copy - what a guy!
  Sun have donated gconf-editor.old! Between them, that's a very generous
  TWENTY MEGABYTES back in the entropy pool... HOORAY!
