Yet another tip: I was unable to find a reasonable flight from India to
Madrid, but I got a fairly reasonable deal when I engaged a Travel
agent.

They are much smarter in terms of flights, especially when you have to
take breaks in between. They will charge a little fee, but I think that
is much better than frying your brain with the dozen poorly organized
on-line sites.
