Hi again.

Announcing the immediate availability of control-center-1.4.0.4. The
main reason for this release was that the man pages went AWOL in the
last release.

But to make the most of it a couple of bugs were fixed too...

* General

    - Actually include the man pages in the tarball. (Kjartan)

* Capplets

    - theme-switcher:

	* Don't crash on empty or non-existant .gtkrc (Owen, Nils Nordmann)

    - screensaver-properties

	* Only allow *.desktop files in the datadir, not *desktop*
	(Juha Ylitalo)
