install-module is a script in widget.g.o, which you must run for each
tar.gz you want to install on ftp.gnome.org. Apart from installing the
tar.gz in the FTP server, it generates the LATEST_IS_xxx link, it
creates tar.bz2 files from the tar.gz, generates diffs between versions,
and, most important, notifies FTP mirrors of the changes in the FTP
master server.
