Some of them are in bugzilla. I think the format for the file
name is something like $(sequence-number)-$(bugzilla-id).diff.
These are going into cvs to make it easy for Wipro, Ximian and
Sun to share their pending patches and also have them in an easy place
for maintainers to pull from (if they want).
