gnome-- announcement on gnotices

Is there any reason why the subject of the gnome-- announcement is
"First stable release of GNOME -- available"?  Not to detract from the
work that the gnome-- folks are doing, but this looks really bad,
especially when viewed via RDF in something like a slashbox; makes it
sound like we're only now releasing a stable gnome version.  This seems
like a bad thing.
