Hrm. I tend to feel that anyone with an account should be able to change
any bug but that only developers should have accounts. Meaning, you don't
need an account to submit a bug, but you need one to change it. Of course,
I suppose this doesn't really work if you were the submitter and want to
add information. We could probably have a seperate page for adding
information (addition comments, URL, screenshots, whatever) to the bug by
anyone.

Yeah. I'd almost be inclined to drop both of them. I guess you wouldn't be
able to query to see what problems existed on Solaris then, but the flip
side of that is that we would need to have Solaris x86 2.7, Solaris Sparc
2.7, Solaris UltraSparc 2.7, Solaris x86 2.8, etc. etc. I guess if we make
the defaults sensible, it'd be okay, since most users won't deal with that
stuff unless it affects specifically one platform/OS.

At Helix we don't do anything with it. I've always found it rather
redundant myself. Priority seems to be the default way of sorting them,
though. I suggest we drop priority.
