I'm not sure of the motivation behind this patch, and I apologise if
this is out of order. However, if libgda needed macros/ for GNOME 1,
then you have to leave it in there, or else people will not be able to
build the GNOME 1 branch of things.

Like I said, if this is just being removed because you don't use those
macros anywhere, then I apologise.
