I am pretty sure it would be. The editor in GtkHTML1 is very
full-featured.
At any rate, we are not going to risk the Evolution schedule on this.
:-)
If anyone else wants to play with the idea and prove me wrong, that's
fine with me. But the right thing to do for us is to finish the port
GtkHTML1, add accessibility, and be happy with it.
