well, if it is a BIG bugfix release and you cannot crash it, IMHO it 
deserves a 0.10.1 version number, if not 0.11 or 1.0 :)

Only if some feature which was planned for 0.11 is not implemeted yet, this 
versioning is fine.

People don't care about 0.0.0.1 version increase.
