That's what the uname says:
{dec.srce.hr}~> uname -a
OSF1 dec.srce.hr V4.0 878 alpha
This is Digital Unix 4.0D. OTOH, version 5 is called Tru64 these days.
And that's the same problem as:

A lot of people have problem with this. So I'd suggest (somewhat
inconsistent):
Solaris (SunOS 5.x)
SunOS 4.x
Under assumption that nobody's using SunOS 3 or older any more.
