MS has two patents on "Taskbar with start menu"

Delphion's mostly subscription-based now, so I
couldn't get much more info than the abstract of the
patents themselves. Are there any GNOMErs who know
patent attorneys so that we can hopeful figure out how
these patents affect GNOME (and possibly KDE as well)?
