Noted in the default install of RH7 Gnome:

In tasklist properties (right-click on empty area/drag stripe of
tasklist to get...)

'Move iconified tasks to current workspace when restoring' requires
that 'show iconified (minimized) applications on all desktops' is
checked, yes? (Otherwise moving an iconified application to another
workspace doesn't seem possible - or if it is, I haven't found
how. Moving to another workspace is not an option when you right-click
the iconified app.)

It would make sense to move that option from misc and display it
indented under its parent 'show' option:

x  show iconified (minimized) applications on all desktops
     x Move iconified tasks to current workspace when restoring'

to show such a relationship (and grey it out if its parent is
not checked, which indicates the dependency).
