Hi everyone

I'm working on the website as you know.
It's done mostly, there is still the left navbar to do and sitemap.

Given the data organization I've told you, can someone suggest an 
algoritm to do the left nav bar ?

Sitemap it's easy. Also CSS must be used, I can do that too.
Pages are generated from a template, which is a HTML with some
tags {TITLE}, {CONTENT}, {NAVBAR_LEFT}, {MAINTAINER_NAME} etc.
