background-properties-capplet & chbg

Hello all,

	I've been using chbg for some time now. It does
everything that background-properties-capplet does -- and more --
with gnome libs and a gnome ui.
So I'd think it would be a perfect successor to the current
rather limited background-properties-capplet.

	Anyway it's on my wishlist. Any comments ?
