It doesn't match my usage, though.  I use Apply because I don't trust a
program not to error out on me :)  (Like "Save early, save often")

I owuld be more in favor of having a fourth button -- Undo that undoes up to
the last Apply.  This allow for previewing/incremental saving and for getting
rid of unneccessary changes.
