Resources of Study

I'd like to make a call out for web sites that discuss UI issues,
particularly from a psychological perspective.  I'm looking for data,
studies, whatever.  I try to have a pretty good "feel" for what the user
goes through when he or she looks at a screen, in fact my entire thought
process is based on psychology, but it's *always* good to see what others
are thinking and saying.

Boy I've been posting alot in here :-)
