The following proposal has reached consensus:


Seems the consensus here is very, very strong on docbook, with only one
person voicing support for HTML. Just thought i'd play devils advocate and
propose it anyway.  :)

The UISG now proposes:

 o That all GNOME-Compliant Help documentation be written in DocBook.
