OK, remember our target audience, I'd say 5-10% have three button mouses...
This means that we're designing for the emu people. So--is it usable to
"chord" rightclick-then-leftclick? Maybe. This still isn't assuming 3
buttons...cuz we can't assume leftclick-then-middleclick and
rightclick-then-middleclick exist.
I would think the numbers a more like 80% 3 buttons.
I like the 8 way scrolling idea a lot (see old thread).
The idea put scrolling on middle button drag.
Which means that:
a) scrolling is possible with the scroll bars or the middle button
b) paste (std for X) is on middle button click
So we do not take anything away from 2 button people just add
nice features for 3 button owners.
