I like this idea.  I will put it into the UI Guidelines more or less
as follows.  As far as online help is concerned, it is a G2 feature to
have at least an overview of the program in the form of browsable
help.  It is a G3 feature to have full online documentation.

[BTW, if there is anyone that would like to contribute with
documentation for the GNOME API or user documentation for the programs
themselves, please feel free to contact the gnome-list about it.  We
are in urgent need of documentation.]
