Well, you could go through gnome-core, gnome-utils, and just about
everything else on the CVS tree.. Very few programs (if any) already have
documentation so you can pick and choose pretty easily - I'd go with the
ones that are nearer to completion (gtop, etc) so as to save the trouble
of re-writing docs later... Fraid I don't know who you'd contact about
getting the docs added (Miguel?) but the author of the piece of code is a
likely candidate - also remember that gnome's chosen to go with docbook...
