PROPOSAL: Incorporation of RSG Into UISG Framework

The UISG proposes:

 o The contents of the RSG be deconstructed, separated, and included
   into the UISG wherever applicable, as UISG V2.0 Revision 1.

 o What this means in english: Revision 0 is due out tomorrow night.
   UISG Revision 0 is UISG Revision 0. Following Monday's release,
   the RSG's content will be "mixed into the batter" with all the other
   goodies, as Revision 1. No reason to lose important ideas..
