disagree.

I agree that it should be avoided. I disagree on "all" - even if we cannot
envision it, there will be one or two odd cases where it's necessary. I'll
not try to come up with bad examples, but I'm willing to take bets that
someone will come up with something where it does indeed make sense. someone
who's not kai and honors all other aspects of the style guide.
