Fwd: GUADEC 2012 bid team and Board Meeting

Nous voici convoqué pour défendre notre proposition, lundi prochain à 15h40.

Je peux préparer une présentation pour la proposition, mais j'aimerais 
que les membres de gnome-fr qui se mettent derrière la proposition se 
réunissent avant pour faire le tour, se mettre d'accord sur le rôle que 
chacun prendra, et m'accompagner pendant la présentation.

Je suis conscient (et j'ai déjà informé le bureau de GNOME) que ce 
serait impossible de prevoir une participation PLOSS Rhône-Alpes, ALDIL 
ou Lyon 2 pour lundi prochain - et je ne pense pas que ce soit attendu 
par la fondation non-plus.

Est-ce que nous pourrions convenir d'un rendez-vous le samedi 6 à 15h20 
pour 30 minutes pour revoir la proposition?

Hello GUADEC bid team leaders,

On last GUADEC IRC meeting, bid team request to have a meeting with
Board before vote. It will be helpful to meet and talk with people, to
clarify and Q&A face to face rather than just read the proposal.

We arranged this meeting in Board meeting schedule.

    * The schedule for the bid presentation:
          o August 8 15:00 - 15:15 A Coruña Bid presentation time
          o August 8 15:20 - 15:35 Brno Bid presentation time
          o August 8 15:40 - 15:55 Lyon Bid presentation time
    * Meeting location: TBC - One of the rooms behind the mail lecture hall
    * Each team has 15 mins to present, clarify, Q&A.
    * 1-2 people to give presentation to each bid, up to 5 people from
      each team can join this meeting (Board would like to meet most of
      the team, but the room can have space for 20 people.)
