[gnome-flashback] Applet conversion to in-process

Hi everyone,

I just pushed the remaining patches for the switch to in-process 
applets. All gnome-applets applets with the exception of the invest 
applet which is still written in python are now in-process. I have also 
dropped all the man-pages for gnome-applets since they were both out of 
date and specific to out-process applets.

If you notice any problems due to this switch, please reply to my mail 
and I will try to fix it.
